    I have spent the past 20 years leading math and science education initiatives across San Diego and the greater Southern California area, helping schools strengthen instruction and spark real curiosity in students. My career began in the classroom where I learned firsthand how powerful a great lesson can be and how much support teachers deserve. Over time I moved into leadership roles, guiding curriculum development, mentoring new educators, and building collaborative teams focused on student achievement. I am especially passionate about making STEM accessible to every learner regardless of background or starting point. Today I continue to champion innovative, student centered approaches that prepare young people for a rapidly changing world.
